Cet appart'hôtel est situé dans une rue pas trop passagère du 12ème arrondissement, tout près du métro. Il dispose d'un parking (également réservable par le système Zenpark).
Comme il n'est pas situé dans le coeur touristique de Paris, on peut bénéficier de tarifs attractifs, notamment le week-end.
Très bon accueil. La petite cuisine est extrêmement commode quand on ne veut pas ressortir dîner le soir ou que l'on ne prend pas le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel. Petit supermarché à 30 mètres, ouvert tous les jours.
