A true, fine Parisian brasserie: this Café Populaire, which occupies a corner on the bustling Avenue Ledru-Rollin, is not lacking in assets. The menu is regularly renewed, and the list is well thought-out, with small dishes prepared with skill and bistronomy in mind. The spacious terrace is a must in summer. As for the bar, it's the ideal place to take a break, just a stone's throw from the Arsenal Basin, the Seine, and the Place de la Bastille. In short, a real favourite of the team.

Le cadre est sympa, l'accueil et le service juste ce qu'il faut, quant au contenu de l'assiette ; ce sont de très petites portions, c'est pas généreux, une part de viande ridicule et quelques frites rabougries - j'y suis allé avec quelques collègues, nous n'y retournerons pas
