Marzia and Simone master perfectly their country's cuisine. They know how to shape it. You are warmly welcomed in a simple setting with trendy beige and brown colors enhanced by red chairs. The menu varies according to the season but all pasta is homemade and made with fresh eggs and is processed in an original manner. As a starter, we liked the carpaccio de carne salada (beef marinated in Roman marinated beef and juniper berries), fried zucchini in three colors and mustard seeds. On the other hand, the menu then offers just one dish of meat and one of fish, pasta being really the house's specialties. Linguine in ink, langoustines and ginger quickly seduced us, as did gnocchi of Morteau bread and sausage and Puzzone cheese cream from Moena AOC or tagliatelle with farmhouse can confit and blueberry. For dessert, we preferred for its originality the quetsche and Williams pear poached with spices and chestnut flour crumble than the tiramisu with boudoirs and it was without regret. But we still looked at the neighbor's plate, and he bought himself a mascarpone and vanilla pie plus a chocolate shortbread that was more than tempting. As for the bill, no surprises, it's more than reasonable given the quality of the products and the chef's creativity.

Les gérants sont italiens et viennent du Nord de l’Italie, plus précisément de la ville de Trieste. La femme s’occupe du service et le mari est en cuisine. Ils sont adorables !
Tous les plats sont frais et faits maison. La carte change tous les mois en fonction des produits de saison. Et évidemment tous les produits sont italiens.
L’ambiance est super conviviale, on y passe un super moment.
Si vous recherchez un petit coin d’Italie au coeur du 12e arrondissement, je vous le recommande !
