Restaurant serving dishes prepared in front of the customer.

The motto of this new concept is Chi va piano va sano and va lontano... Which means Who goes slowly, goes healthy and goes far... The brand seems to have put this idea into practice. Created in 2002 in Hamburg, Germany - yes, not in Italy - it has slowly but surely made many little ones in the world. She arrived in France and it works very well with three addresses in Paris and one in Créteil in the Créteil Soleil shopping center. The idea is to serve prepared dishes in front of the customer and therefore only use fresh products. Everyone orders their pasta, pizza, antipasti or salad directly from the Chefs who are at work in the middle of the restaurant. The Manifattura located behind a window allows you to watch the preparation of fresh pasta and homemade desserts every day. Pizza dough, sauces and seasonings as well as pesto are also prepared on site from selected ingredients. Aromatic plants and fresh herbs, like basil for instance, are not only there to decorate but also to add a unique touch to each dish. Everything is extremely fresh and copious. Crudo salad is a composition of salad and spinach, arugula, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, gorgonzola with freshly cut strawberries, roasted nuts and prosciutto crudo. Parma ham, shrimps, etc. can be added for a few more euros. Some pizzas are inspired by recipes from around the world like Chiken BBQ, made with grilled chicken breasts served on a pizza barbecue sauce with tomatoes marinated in extra virgin olive oil, garlic, smoked cheese, red onions and coriander. As a dessert, tiramisu della casa is a delight. It is a classic tiramisu with seven layers of mascarpone, cream, boudoirs, liqueur and espresso. If you do not finish your bottle of wine, you can take it with you when you close it... As for the decoration, everything has been focused on space. Sleek lines, large blond wooden tables, marble counters and a bar that serves drinks and desserts.

Je suis une habitué à mon dernier passage il y avait deux files pour les pâtes une rempli une pas rempli donc je me suis dirigé vers celle qui était pas rempli ébin à ma grande surprise ce mec m'a réconcilié avec vos pâtes bien dosé juste pas trop grasse excellent.

Attention aux rats qui circulent dans la salle de restauration
Hier 3/08/2019 j ai dîné à vapiano cours st émilien / Bercy village. Alors si il y avait affluence: j ai vu courir un énorme rat qui a traversé la salle où nous dînions.
Je suis allée le faire remarqué au personnel ...et j ai Le manager... qui a ignoré complètement l importance du problème et de la question de l’hygiène qui en découle . Perso : moi s est fini : je n irais plus .

Faut pas être pressé 3 queues à faire en fonction de ce que vous voulez manger. En gros je viens manger avec mes enfants une queue pour la pizza une queue pour l antipasti et je prends le relais de ma femme pour qu elle puisse manger. Quand je commande les pâtes de ma deuxième fille et mon risotto. On me dit que pour les lasagnes de ma femme il faut faire une autre queue infernal. C est bon mais pas copieux. Ils ne sont pas prêt de me revoir. La prochaine fois j irai à l italien de mon quartier si c est pour faire la queue je vais chez flunch au moins c est plus rapide.
