Tibetan restaurant in Paris offering local ravioli, well-filled noodle soups and desserts.

The Momos Bar is not the bar of Mohamed or Mauritius but a Tibetan restaurant and momos are pays of the country served in bamboo baskets. You can see the cook preparing them according to a specific ritual. They are either steamed or roasted or poached in broth. The nouilles soups (thukpa) are well fit and noted without taking the palate. One of them is even vegetarian. Others are grilled barley, corn and coriander, or coral lenses. Serving small barley flour flakes accompanied by a Tibetan milk tea concludes the meal. It's good and cheap at all.

The taste and hospitality remains as nice as it was 6 years before, veg noodles and fried rice is amazing...the lady at reception Tenzing , her hospitality is amazing

Découverte sympathique de la cuisine tibétaine, méconnue, savoureuse et healthy.
Le restaurant est d'une taille assez limitée, quelques tables sont disponibles pour les clients. Le service est rapide.
Les prix sont également corrects ce qui fait de ce spot un restaurant à découvrir pour justement s'immerger dans la culture culinaire du Tibet.

I found this restaurant in a book called « Paris pas cher » and it was definitely a great find! I ordered the menu which came with pork momos, salad, and a flour-based soup which is never tried before! Foood was really delicious and the service was friendly. The restaurant seemed really popular for lunch so come early if you want a table easily!
