In Japanese, Koto-koto is onomatopoeia for the sound of something simmering in a pot. It's a sound you might hear in this pocket canteen. The cuisine here is far more exotic than the usual sushi-maki-sashimi trio. The daily menu includes a triple version of bentō - beef, fish (poached cod with citrus soy sauce, for example) and vegan - as well as a dish of the day and two desserts. Très bon bento au calamar, plein de saveurs. Thé vert agréable.
