The hushed atmosphere is conducive to the discovery of high-flying Chinese cuisine presented in two versions, Yin or Yang: on a hot plate, for lovers of creamy sauces with concentrated flavours for the Yin side, or in a "hot-pot" for fans of light dishes with well-divided sauces for the Yang side. The menu features particularly successful dishes such as the Fleur de Zen, a sweet starter of scallops and shrimps grilled on a bed of courgettes and aubergines, and in the hot plate specialities, tender grilled duck aiguillettes, combined with the finesse of a creamy black pepper sauce from Sichuan province. In short, the Golden Lily is truly an address that fine gourmets will appreciate.
