We stayed there a couple of times and it was great and welcoming.
If you're looking for a good hotel near République and Bastille, that's the place for you ????
There's a lot of bar and restaurant nearby and it's wheelchair accessible ♿

Leider war der Service an der Rezeption nicht gut: Sprachschwierigkeiten, keine Ahnung ob Zimmer Doppel oder 2 Einzelbetten haben......
Frühstück im Keller! Alles im Haus macht einen beengten Eindruck.
Die Zimmer sind sehr beengt- stylisches Badezimmer- doch schwach beheizt.

Stay away from this hotel. This is the worst experience ever. The level of service is below lowest I would imagine in the worst nightmare. Honestly I am not sure if this is a legal establishment. No one speaks English (in the hotel!), they charged us twice for city tax (and I had no energy to argue about it) but they first asked us to pay before we checked in, and after check out they said that actually on a second day of our stay the prices had changed.

Rooms are insanely small, and the bathroom is bigger than a room. Lights in the room are extremely uncomfortable. The elevator barely works.

There are better options in the area for the same or even better price range

Hemos estado cuatro noches alojados. Las habitaciones modernas y nuevas, cama y almohadas muy cómodas, limpieza también. Lo único que nos tocó una habitación un poco pequeña y con poco espacio para maletas y ropa. Desayuno bueno. Servicio amables.

We enjoyed this hotel very much! It was very clean, the staff was friendly and although the room was small was very comfortable and cozy. Good bathroom as well. Plus, the hotel is very close to the metro station and the area has plenty of commerce. Good spot!

En déplacement pro, c’était ma dernière nuit sur paris et je rêvais d’un bain. J’ai réservé une chambre avec baignoire (bien validé sur la réservation, les photos de la chambre..).
Arrivée dans la chambre: pas de baignoire. Je demande gentiment un changement à la réception mais aucune chambre avec baignoire n’était disponible. Pas de soucis, je passe par booking pour demander un petit dédommagement ou geste commercial. L’hôtel n’a répondu de rien, même pas une proposition d’offrir un petit déjeuner.
On réserve et paye un service pour ne pas l’avoir, et sans excuses ni geste. Pas fou..

La chambre est jolie, confortable. Le tapis présentait une tache et les jointures de la douche sont à nettoyer..

Au moment du Check out on m’annonce que l’on ne peut pas me délivrer de facture. J’ai toujours eu des factures dans les hotel, je suis en déplacement pro et la loi oblige délivrance de facture sous demande du client. On m’annonce que les prix booking ne sont pas les mêmes etc.. mais je passe toujours par booking et j’ai toujours des factures sur place à l’hôtel.

Ils ne m’ont pas arrangé la fin de voyage.

Hotel PULITO. Molto felice per questo. Ti rifanno la camera anche se esci a mezzogiorno. Camera piccola ma ci si riesce a stare con le giuste accortezze. Bel lavandino e doccia grande.
Una pecca purtroppo è che si sente la gente nelle camere di sopra e di fianco.
Nel corridoio di notte la luce rimane accesa quindi dalla porta della camera c'è sempre uno spiffero dove passa la luce.

Be careful: single-layered windows on a busy street. I have had the worst night of my entire life.
Hotel is great, good personnel, well located.
To be avoided if sleep is important to you.

Sono stato con la mia famiglia in questa struttura qualche mese fa. Staff molto cordiale e sempre disponibile a risolvere in breve tempo qualsiasi problema, fornendo soluzioni efficienti; soprattutto senza creare situazioni di disagio. Unico appunto: stanze di dimensioni modeste, nè troppo piccole nè troppo grandi. Per il resto il nostro soggiorni, durato 4 giorni, è stato ottimo. Posizione ottima, vicino alla metropolitana. Valutando la mia esperienza, penso che una valutazione di 4 stelle sia molto rispettosa.
