Flora Mikula is far from being a stranger in the world of Parisian gastronomy, she has proved herself with her restaurant on George-V Avenue. Today she becomes a hostel owner in the very trendy neighborhood of the Bastille. His hotel is an urban hostel with three atmospheres: Bohemian for the first level where Flora delivers part of his life… From its southern and Polish origins, it brings the spirit of métissage. She keeps her travels from punctuated images of distant landscapes. Souvenirs of nature in colourful, warm and authentic rooms… Potager for the second level where Philippe Rigotti's vegetable photographs inspire the colour of the room like the light brown for squash. And finally Nature for the third level where raw materials reign: natural skin, wood, cork, cotton, stone. Each room is treated differently, very personalized, very original and very feminine. On every floor, with a lift, these categories of rooms meet all expectations and satisfy all expectations. The French breakfast is served all day and the restaurant open 7 j/7 offers formulas at any time. Of course, Flora's culinary talents are based on market cuisine.

Néanmoins les serveurs qui viennent toutes les minutes dès qu on finit notre dernière gorgée de notre verre, pour qu'on recommande vite.. c est moins agréable. Surtout après qu on est pris 1 bouteille + plusieurs soft à deux.
2 personnes très sympathique a notre arrivé, lit confortable , chambre petite mais très bien pour une nuit. Le petit dej est copieux.
Par contre le personnel de nuit… nous avons dû sonner 6 fois avant de pouvoir rentrer dans l’hôtel, le monsieur est arriver enfin nous ne savons pas si il avait picoler et était entrain de décuver ou si tout simplement il dormais, ne trouvais pas les clefs pour ouvrir la porte.. bref
Mon compagnon est redescendu car nous avions commander quelques chose il l’a retrouver à dormir sur une banquette..
Personnel de jour rien à dire par contre le veilleur de nuit plus jamais..
