A 4 star hotel with a fairy tale decor, poetic, and each room has its own universe.
The building as well as 2, 4, and 6, Boulevard Beaumarchais - was built on the location where the writer had its own hotel, built on the earthworks of the Canal Saint-Martin which allows to link the northeast of Paris to the Seine. The hotel has been in existence since 1920. At the time, the breakfast room was a restaurant and the reception was a café. It has just been completely renovated and exit the hotel Lyon-Mulhouse for a four-star room. The decoration was entrusted to Stella Cadente, who plunges us into a world of poetic fairy tales. In a dwelling of character every corner, each space is a journey to the country of extravagance. The reception and breakfast room have grey walls painted in the brush and studded in grey felt. It is set under the lustre of multicolores filaments made of optical fiber and resembling jellyfish. All rooms have their own universe. The Queen of Crystal on the first floor is white white, recalling Alice's magical universe. The House of Wonders for 4 people is a wink to Lewis Carroll's work: purple, black, red, but also the chessboard, scratches, mushrooms and of course the rabbit and cat of the Cheschire as wall. There is still the Enchanted Forest with its foliage and animals placed on the walls, the rooms of the Seven Capital Sins decorated with photos glued to the ceiling think in the mirrors or still Joker to graphic impressions.

seul bémol, les accessoires de la salles de bain ( shampoing et gel douche)n'ont pas été recharger entre les 2 jours, donc il a fallu faire les fond de tube lors de notre dernière douche.
sinon tout était parfait
À 11h51 pile un homme rentre dans le vestiaire pendant que nous nous changions pour nous annoncer que c’était la fin.
Nous avons voulu expliqué aux dames de l’accueil que ça n’était pas possible qu’un homme rentre comme cela dans les vestiaires alors que nous étions nu.
Aucune excuse de leurs parts … elle nous a répondu que la spa est à 150€ pour 45 minutes. Et qu’il venait prévenir. Je trouve cela juste hallucinant…
Dans les 50 minutes il faut également comprendre le temps de se changer, de se doucher et de se rechanger. Aucune possibilité d’avoir accès aux vestiaires avant.
C’est bien dommage car le lieu était sympathique. Malheureusement cela ne fait pas tout.
