Hotel with fully equipped rooms in a former textile factory in the 11th arrondissement where the decor has been revisited.
Set in a former textile factory in the heart of the 11th arrondissement, this hotel has lost little or none of its old-world charm. Architect Vincent Bastie has revisited this industrial atmosphere. The rooms are available in four versions, differing only in surface area, with the equipment being the same for all. Colorful and very graphic, they are also equipped with a splendid bathroom. The welcome is excellent and, for the services on offer, the price holds up well in comparison.

This hotel could do with providing more space. The shelf in the bathroom was too small for a washbag etc. Trying to add milk to tea or coffee next to the hot water/drinks machine was difficult. breakfast plates did not allow for two slices of toast and scrambled egg. Our wardrobe was awkward: it was built at a decreasing angle and with the coat hanger pole facing towards you so access to hanging clothes was extremely difficult.
Compared to our Rome accommodation just prior to our visit to Paris, the room was on the small side but we did have 3 sleeping in what was essentially a room for two.
All that said, we received and very warm welcome and departure from the front desk staff and they were very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was pretty awesome in decor, and quiet and it is in an excellent location. The shower was awesome. We loved it. Also handy was the convenience store next door.

Large and comfortable bed, large shower, private hammam, friendly and accommodating staff, free tea and coffee, delicious breakfast, good located near metro, next to a grocery shop -> I felt very comfortable. I can recommend the hotel 100%.

Excellent hotel and staff. Truly made to feel welcome despite arriving at 10am. Bags were tagged and secured away, offered coffee and check in via iPad and staff in the comfy lobby seating.
Room was fantastic (We stayed in 102). Was clean and heard no noise despite facing the street. Private Hamman was a nice touch which we booked twice. Location is great with some nice nearby bars and restaurants and close to Metro line 5.
Staff constantly gave a warm welcome when entering the hotel and were very helpful with directions and recommendations.
The dutch lady on reception (Sorry I didn't get her name) was awesome, very helpful and so welcoming.
