Visit this 11 th arrondissement boutique where real experts will make you taste some wines from the country of Cevennes, Brouilly, Côtes-de-Bourg or Crozes Hermitages… to drink on-site - or to take away - with the local cuisine of the moment. The card changes every week and every day… In a week's time, you can find a gros lamb and big beans in Soissons on Monday, a joue pig et and potato puree on Tuesday, a chicken stew in olives and lemons, a épices chicken souris, a red wine simmered and a pick potato on Thursdays, a feuilleté of mushrooms and morels with green salad on Friday, and a red wine rooster and coquillettes on Saturdays. The chef and the map play on the themes for the Discovery menu, such as a craft beer agreement and farmer cheese or Cap on rum…

Antoine est très serviable et connaît bien ses produits et c'est clairement un des nombreux points forts de cette entreprise qui se distingue par ses conseils avisés.
La gamme de whisky est très variée as usual.
Entre un merveilleux Knockando à 66 € et The Ultimate 17 years old à 590€ il y en a pour tous les budgets et pour tous les palais.
J'ai également découvert le Wee Beastie d'Ardbeg, un whisky très jeune mais qui possède déjà la maturité d'un vieux whisky.
Je reviendrai certainement pour la liqueur de châtaigne de chez Clovis Reymond !
