Laurent Couegnas describes his cooking kitchen as a good woman - which is nothing pejorative, quite the opposite! It is even a compliment because this type of kitchen is often that of our grandmothers, the one who up up on fire. In fact, at Café Trick, we're a little in our granny: Tile towels, antique tiled dishes, all placed on wooden tables with chairs. The atmosphere is family friendly and friendly. There is a lunch for business lunch or dinner, and in the evening it is not uncommon for a band of young people to celebrate. The dishes are displayed in slate and there are also the «day of the day», such as burrata and ripe saison tomatoes, gaspacho sherbet or la de and piment couteaux. For the amateurs, the luncheon board prepared in front of the customer and the marinated bowl herring harengs made on the table are to recommend. By using the sablé of the aux to the strawberries, comment… The wine with a pitcher is of good quality. Only criticism: It's very noisy, and you often have to book.
