A trendy bar with wooden tables and naked bulbs offering original cocktails in Paris.

At Martin's place there is drinking and eating, but careful in the common sense. The boss is Loïc Martin, a former server of the Passage, who took his flight in 2014. He made the hotel a rather trendy bar, but not an eye. He's giving the tone with his barrel barrel, his wooden tables and the naked bulbs that might ask for a supper. We're in the archetype of the bistro! We come mainly for the original cocktails and sometimes surprising ones that are accompanied by mouthpieces to share: Catalan whip, fried topinambours and pecorino, molded mussels, chicken pie and leeks, coing, meringue and cream… Inspired tapas that will make every hungry party happy.

The five stars wouldn’t even do the food justice. It is a huge surprise to see such quality and flavours from freshly sourced product in a bar/restaurant that looks so ordinary! The vibe is good and not too loud and the service was speedy (for a weekday); the selections of natural wines and the gin variations they have are well suited for all tastes. Really a hidden gem where the food is going to blow your socks off, it even took us some time to process how delicious the food was and how much it had surpassed our expectations!

À FUIR ABSOLUMENT !!!!!!!
Nous avions réservé pour un anniversaire pour 15 personnes, ils nous ont installés dans un garage délabré ad-hoc à la salle principale où il y avait à peine la place pour 10 personnes, avec un rideau à lamelles en PVC jauni et donnant sur la rue (en plein hiver). Nous étions installés à une table sur des tabourets, entourés de bidons de bière, bonbonnes de gaz, une chaudière, et des murs en ruine. Serveurs désagréables que l’on gène visiblement, qui nous interdisent de nous asseoir sur des chaises au lieu des tabourets, cuisine fermée alors que ce n’était pas indiqué lors de la réservation.
Heureusement nous sommes partis avant de commander quoi que ce soit !!!!!!

Tres surpris depuis le temps que je voulais m'y rendre. La cuisine soit disant fermée alors que tout le staff dinait sous mes yeux avec un sourire narquois. On m'annonce un pouilly fumé, je me retrouve avec un vin naturel piquant avec des bullles. Le service doit s'améliorer de tout urgence a bientot virgile bon
