This delightful organic canteen with its trendy decor has been winning over the hearts of vegetarian Parisians and non-vegetarians alike for the past ten years. Large wooden tables, an open kitchen and a glass roof create a warm atmosphere. On the plate, you'll enjoy dukkah hummus, fresh seaweed tartare, an assortment of mezzés with vegetable caviars and roasted vegetables, or an atypical couscous with breaded tofu and quinoa! On the sweet side, the choice is hard between chocolate-almond moelleux or seasonal fruit crumble. Our recommendation.

Expérience particulièrement désagréable après une assiette Mezze à la cantine Soya. 2 à 3h à peine après l'avoir mangé, j'ai commencé à avoir ballonnements, fortes nausées, éructations. En somme j'ai eu tous les symptômes d'une intoxication alimentaire et cela a duré 36h environ, 36h qui ont été particulièrement désagréables à vivre. L'amie qui m'accompagnait a gouté mon assiette et a ressenti une gêne durant la nuit, ce qui conforte mon idée d'une intoxication alimentaire. C'est pourtant une adresse que je connaissais déjà et tout s'était très bien passé à chaque fois que j'y avais mangé. Je n'ai pas d'allergie connue et je ne suis pas plus sensible que la majorité des gens. Je ne peux que fortement vous déconseiller l'assiette Mezze (assiette froide pour la précision) qui est pourtant très bonne car ma confiance est ébranlée.
