Restaurant with an intimate setting offering pleasant service, authentic cuisine and a doggy bag.

An air of Indian Ocean fleet in this restaurant with intimate and very simple setting. This small island of La Réunion in the heart of Paris serves authentic cuisine. We can start with a rum arrangé, it is a little sesame to allow you to continue with the rest. The suite, a generous and quite correct smoked sausage rougail. As for dessert fresh fruit salad goes well. The service is very pleasant and when your dish was not finished, the chef offers a doggy bag. What more?

Brought my parents to Paris for the first time and they agreed to try some of the highest rated restaurants during our stay. We decided to try Le Goyavier as one of our stops, and they did not disappoint. We all absolutely LOVED the food. We asked for our food to be a bit spicy and the Chef did not disappoint. The spice level was perfect and complemented the flavors perfectly. The rice and beans mixed with the various salsas that came standard with every table was an absolute masterpiece. I have never tasted such a blend of spice and flavor when it came to Rice and Beans. The Curry pork and Chicken Masala was absolutely wonderful. Our party was extremely satisfied after our meal; however, we were introduced to their Potatoe Cake which was outstanding. It was moist and mixing it with ice cream was a wonderful idea because it worked so well together. We also tried the Ginger Rum, which was candied ginger mix with rum; my wife absolutely loved this drink.

Le Goyavier has been the highlight of our Paris trip. We will definitely return the next time we are in Paris.
