Address in Paris offering quality products, a short homemade menu, cheese and charcuterie dishes.
Two frangines at the head of this caffetteria (ex-Caffè Dei Cioppi): Stefania Accommodation, companion of Simone Tondo head of Roseval, and her youngest Federica. Two babes who already know the music of Italian gastronomy almost on the fingertips but exit the pizza. It is restored from morning to evening: breakfast, lunch, snack, aperitif and dinner. The products are of good quality, the meat is provided partly by Christophe Niculescu's butchery. Everything is home, so the map is short but well thought out. Examples: meat boulettes and ricotta with tomato sauce and all interspersed with Parmesan cheese and for the aperitif of beautiful pork or cheese plates. The decoration on black, white and clear wooden furniture.
