In a long, dark and narrow corridor, this Eastern Parisian canteen has become an establishment where five rooms cater for everyone - including demanding Vietnamese - and guests of passing, happy to have met this expensive and high quality address. . soups and bo are not bad at all. Pho Ga soup is a perfect blend of soy, coriander, white pasta, herbs and chicken (which changes beef). If you're in a hurry there's the mi half, a dark sandwich with radish, carrots and piments.
