The map compiles everything that the Japanese kitchen makes of good and original: a large choice of zenzai (hors d'oeuvre), nabemono (fondue to fall!), nizakana (boiled fish), sushi, makimono… And the list is still long because some typical dishes like the tonkatsu (very successful) or the eel punctuate menus. And for budgets more comfortable, the kaiseki menu is a moment of pure happiness.
