Empanada and helado are to Argentina what the baton and the growing are to France. The chef, Gaston Stivelmaher, serves empanadas with meat (beef, chicken, beef sausage, ham), fish (tuna), cheese (various cheeses are used alone or mixed) or vegetables (corn, spinach, onion…) accompanied by a salad and famous Argentinean sauce Chimichurri. That is excellent. As for the ice at the stalk of her concocted house, it is 100% artisanale.
