In the program, 14 trainings per week (evening in week + Saturday), including 11 for beginner or confirmed swimmers, 1 aquatraining session as well as two senior sessions (gym and soft swimming). Newcomers are entitled to three test sessions before engaging.

The oldest gay badminton and Lesbian Association (there are 3) created in March 2001. It aims to organise and promote the practice of badminton within the gay and lesbian community, in a spirit of combating discrimination and integration. They are open to everyone, with competitions by level, double and/or simple. They take place most often over 3 days, with a lobby on Friday evening, the tournament on Saturday, followed by a dinner or evening, then a brunch before separating on Sunday noon. Members of the host club usually propose to host the participants. The clubs in Paris also organise their own tournament in the spring. The Fédération Sportive LGBT+ is a committed association promoting the inclusion of LGBT+ people in sport. With its 50 affiliated clubs, 7,000 members and some 40 sporting disciplines, it offers a friendly framework for practicing sport in a spirit of openness. Its initiatives, such as the Sport et Trans charter, and events such as the Tournoi International de Paris and the Forum des Sports LGBT+, make it a key partner for public authorities on these issues.
