Tiny room without plugs near bed, bathroom is so small and inconvenient. Everything is very old and shabby. If you closed the bathroom door from inside , you can’t open the shower( look at the picture ) ???? only location is fine. You pay money mostly for location not for the hotel. I think the room is ok for one, but for 2 people it’s too small

Icone hotel should a bread&breakfast not a three star hotel. The service is very very poor and limited. No blind in the bathroom the rooms are too little compared with what it shows on the picture. Very poor decoration. The standard is very poor for a three star hotel. I arrived there on the 13th with my girlfriend I got told by the receptionist that apart the payment I made online the still a tax to be paid at hotel per person staying there. I accept but I stayed just one night cameback to England cus I didn’t like the hotel standard my girlfriend stayed five days but they still charged my five days tax saying I didn’t use any service but I still have to pay. I don’t get it. When I got told by the receptionist the extra was for service charges.
And the staff are very rude. I ask for explanation he told me he got nothing to explain is the bill that’s. I won’t advise anyone to stay there.

La réception de l’hôtel et le personnel sympa. Mais nous avons eu des problèmes pour fermer la porte et fermer fenêtres ( qui sont rester ouvertes tout les séjours ducoup…) la chambre est très petite. Problèmes avec le pommeau de douche. MAL isolée… on entendais les voisins mêmes leurs réveils. je trouve ça assez chère en sachant qu’on avait pas le petit déjeuner… je recommande pas

La ubicación de este hotel es fantástica. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el aire acondicionado y el recepcionista de la noche pasaba un poco de nosotras. Entiendo que era de noche y quizá no podía hacer nada pero con habernos dicho eso bastaba… y no haber dado las vueltas que dimos. Sin embargo, el personal del día siguiente nos lo arregló y nos ofreció un trato inmejorable. El desayuno es buffet, pequeñito pero todo muy bueno. La habitación muy limpia y espaciosa.

This was a horrible experience. The hotel is nicely located and clean. Rooms are too small. No shower curtains, horrible tiny flat pillows. You cannot get out of bed unless the person sleeping next to you gets up. Service is the worst, and the attitude of the staff is beyond disrespectful.

tout fut parfait pendant nos 4 nuits. Un peu de bruit le premier soir mais rien de bien grave. L'emplacement est super, le modern de l'hotel est excellent, nous remercions particulièrement les receptionnistes qui ont fait de notre séjour un moment parfait.

El hotel es aparentemente bonito en la planta baja pero las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y dejan mucho que decir, son diferentes a las fotos de internet, la ducha es extremadamente pequeña y es difícil bañarse y la tina o bañera que es más amplia no tiene puertas y no tiene ducha solo Manguera. No tienen desayunos algo que es fatal en un viaje, la habitación es muy estrecha solo tiene el espejo del baño y unas almohadas muy delgadas y pequeñas, en las habitaciones se escucha todo lo de afuera, algo que es muy incómodo, tuvimos que escuchar varias personas teniendo relaciones sé cuáles. lo único que tengo para resaltar es que el señor will de resección habla español y su servicio y atención es excelente

Déjà le réceptionniste de mauvaise foie.

Housse tachée Receptioniste voulant remplacer étant donné que les femmes de chambres étaient parties
Couette taché de sang la nouvelle housse était aussi taché donc j étais en colère pris un autre hôtel car état donné que la chambre salle Au secours bref et en plus le réceptionniste de mauvaise foie la suite avec service juridique mais c’est cet Hôtel je ne le conseille pas du tout.

Emplacement idéal, proche du métro, proche du Palais Royal, en plein centre mais dans une rue calme.
Deux séjours d'une nuit à un an d'intervalle.
Irréprochable. Réception au top. Les chambres sont nickel, très bien entretenues et bien équipées. Petit déjeuner à volonté en option mais qui vaut la peine.
Il serait pas mal de laisser des sachets de thé / tisane et une bouilloire.

Accueil très agréable, nous avons eu une chambre surclassée spacieuse et très propre. Hôtel idéalement situé à Paris à proximité de tout et surtout très calme.
A signaler éventuellement le manque de café soluble en dosette et thé dans les chambres que l'on retrouve souvent, ce qui permet un départ tôt plus rapide si besoin.
Mais je le recommande sans problème. Merci pour cet agréable séjour.

la stanza comoda ma il bagno con porte a vetri veramente non gradevole
Viaggio con un amica ma comunque non ho amato la sistemazione
La colazione servita fino alle 9 e non particolarmente curata su un tavolo e comune e sorpresa del week end nessun. buffet ma servito a richiesta un caffè e una baguette con burro e marmellata

Leider gab es ein Problem mit dem Zugang zum Zimmer, da der Spiegel sich von der Wand getrennt hat und mittem im Zimmer lag.
Sollte kurzfristig erforderlicht sein.

Chouette hôtel bien situé à Paris.
La position de l'hôtel fait qu'on ne donne pas sur les grandes artères, ce qui est intéressant.
L'hôtel est propre, les chambres sont bien entretenues.
Dommage que tout ce qui est annoncé dans dans le guide ne soit pas présent.
Un petit regret aussi sur la qualité du café au petit déjeuner, il n'y a que un thermos...

J’ai passé un très bon séjour avec ma fiancée. La chambre était sympa et le service était impeccable. Quand on a retrouvé des problèmes avec notre prochain logement, Wills nous aidé à réserver une autre chambre très facilement. Je recommande cet hôtel à tous.

Our stay at Hotel Icone was fantastic. We were able to check in early and our room had a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower. When our next lodging location cancelled on us abruptly, Wills was able to help us rebook at Hotel Icone. Truly impressive service and all staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone. Excellent help from Wills!!
