Design hotel with a nice facade near the East and North train stations with comfortable rooms and a breakfast room.
A perfect design hotel located near the Gare de l'Est and the north and in the centre of Paris. A nice facade that has preserved the stigmates of the past with its very beautiful glass-marchioness and the two medallions which it sets dating from the beginning of the th century. The rooms also have a little look to the past. Wallpaper wallpapers are inspired by a little retro, while furniture in bathrooms is perfect for the st century. The breakfast room is comfortable with colourful couches and contemporary furniture. A stop for a stay in love and a business stay.

Wir waren zu einem Wochenendbesuch in Paris hier in diesem Hotel.
Natürlich ist überall bekannt dass die Hotels in Paris sehr eng sind und die Zimmer wenig Platz haben.
Wir sind mit diesem Hotel aber sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Paris willkommen geheißen.
Zimmer war sauber. Das Bett war etwas schmal und eher hart aber für ein Wochenende ok. Deshalb nur 4 Sterne.
Der Standort des Hotels war sehr gut. Wir hatten in der Nähe 2 Metro Haltestellen (5min). Supermarkt und Cafés auch in der Nähe.
Die Umgebung ist auch ruhig.
Ich kann dieses Hotel jedenfalls empfehlen.

Je venais à Paris pour le travail et cherchais une chambre dans ce coin. Mes deux réservations que j'avais pris au préalable m'avais été annulé en dernière minutes, il était dimanche soir et je n'avais rien.
Là je tombe sur le Soft hôtel, plus précisement, sur Serge à l''accueil. Me voyant fatigué et un peu perdu, il n'a pas hésité de faire de son possible pour pourvoir me proposer une chambre.
Il a réajusté des réservations et décalé des travaux, plus encore, il a baissé les tarifs un peu, pour que je ne paye pas de ma poche, car les frais dépassait légèrement ce que me rembourserait ma boite. Ca ma énormément soulagé et j'ai évidemment pris ma chambre au Soft hôtel.
Je n'ai pas regretté mon choix, c'était exactement ce qu'il me fallait. C'était parfaitement placé, avec des supermarchés, des bars, des restos, des boulangeries et le métro à moins de deux minutes de marche.
Et on y dors très bien, le lit est confortable, on entends pas de bruits d'extérieur et le petit déjeuner est varié et bon.
En bref, un hôtel aux chambres et services absolument corrects, bien placé, avec un personnel accueillant et empathique.

Breakfast was a joke : arriving downstairs and not even a free seat and all the food (except the eggs and the yoghurt) was always running out. No fresh coffee , just black coffee from a large bottle (which also ran out when we were there)...
Challenging when arriving with a car and when you prebooked a parking area : wait for the key (with no place to park your car in the meanwhile) and then go to an parking few 100m away (not IN the hotel itself).
Thin walls / noisy neighbours.
When soap finished after one day no more was provided day after.
No free water bottle..
