Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit à 4 en famille mais c'est agréable et bien accueilli, on a adoré le petit déjeuner dans les caves au sous sol d'un autre immeuble juste à côté, à recommander

A part le fait que l’hôtel est pratique car en face de la gare, je ne recommande aucunement. Pleins d’autres hôtels valent mieux pour 50€ de plus dans le coin.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel ,très bien placé quand on doit prendre un train Gare du Nord qui est juste en face.
Accueil assez désagréable et odeur laissant à désiré.
La chambre était propre et salle de baim grande et propre.

Les chambres étaient plus que correctes. La salle de bain était bien propre : parfait. Cependant, un parking très très étroit, avec des indications très peu claires de la part de l'homme à l'accueil. L'hôtel est bien placé, juste en face de la gare du Nord.

Receptionist was rude and prejudice. Keep on raising his voice, when confronted, quickly shooed me away. Based from all other reviews, probably the receptionist is racist. Avoid this hotel at all cost especially if you are a foreigner and coloured skin.

Отель находится напротив вокзала. Радом много ресторанов и магазинов. Есть лифт. Карту меня никто не просил оставлять на ресепшен когда выходила на ужин. Комната не большая. Мне досталась комната с чистой ванной с новым ремонтом. Персонал приветственный. Вам фай бесплатный и работает хорошо. В комнате немного испачканы стены. Постели и полотенца чистые. За 59 евро с городским сбором это отличное место что бы переночевать

It's in a great location and rooms are ok but the overall impression when you enter the hotel is very low key. Overall it's ok to just sleep in.

I wanted an overnight place by the Gare du Nord & the location was perfect .Just across the street.
At night , there was no blankets available & they send me around the corner to another hotel to pick up a small electric heater & I had to return it next morning. Terrible service .
The breakfast was served in a basement of an adjacent hotel ,the elevator was not working and an old guest was coughing all over the self service simple buffet .???? I demanded a refund for my daughter’s breakfast since I knew my daughter would never have eaten there . They did refund my payment for her breakfast.
Overall , I will definitely never stay there again .
NO THX ???? not worth it .
The management needs to address & correct rapidly the seriousness of the problems .

Very RUDE Front desk receptionist! The man can speak English but refused to explain to us in a proper way. He even shoo us away and Raised his voice, asked us to cancel our booking. Ended up staying at Ibis around the corner with less a price & Better front desk too. Please avoid this hotel if you want a piece of mind on your holiday.

Room was clean and spacious. They clean it everyday. We stayed for 4 nights and wifi was only working on the first day. Located in front of the train station and is close to various eastern and western restaurants including convenience stores. They use EU electrical Outlets. Complimentary breakfast is served at New Hotel Underground

En déplacement professionnel, hôtel très bien situé face à la gare de Paris-Nord. Personnel de réception sympathique. Quartier de gare donc un peu insécurisant, surtout le soir. Beaucoup de snacks et restos à proximité, pas de resto au niveau de l'hôtel.
Hôtel un peu vieillot et chambre minimaliste mais propre. Salle de douche correcte mais pommeau à changer. Isolation peu efficace et beaucoup de bruit de jour comme de nuit si vous avez des voisins peu respectueux (ce qui fût le cas pour moi, plusieurs fois réveillé à cause de cris dans les couloirs).
Petit-déjeuner correct qui se tient dans l'hôtel voisin New Hôtel, au sous-sol (ce qui est plutôt surprenant car c'est à la fois glauque et intéressant car la cave est voûtée ????). Prix correct pour un buffet et un accueil très sympa.
Bref, pour du fonctionnel ou professionnel ça fait le boulot, pour du romantisme en couple cet hôtel n'est pas l'idéal.

Chambre très propre et service rien redire. Par contre hôtel très mal placé étant donné les fréquentations du quartier .. Pas très sûr ni rassurant .. je n'y retournerai pas .

Vous devez prendre le petit déjeuner dans un bâtiment extérieur il s'agit d'un autre hôtel (New hôtel) Vous descendez dans une cave qui reste très vétuste et en terme de fraîcheur c'est zéro
N'y allez surtout pas. Il n'en manque pas des hôtels à la gare du Nord.

This place is shady, they want you to leave your keys at front desk anytime you leave the property , also their facility smells like urine.
Staff speaks English but will only talk to u in French. Most arrogant lady at front desk.
Their pictures don’t show the real image of property.

Very busy hotel located at the centre of north Paris, well communication via metro station just next the hotel, also lots of taxis available right outside of the hotel, staffs are friendly and helpful, even my parking wasn't booked, they managed to find parking for me. Lots of halal foods are available in the close proximity of the hotel. Cafe next door is excellent and serves tasty breakfast and coffee.

Bad smell, bad management, we had to wait more than 4 hours to access our rooms (6 hours had passed from the checkout time). The rooms were fine but small for 5 persons. Toilettes were good. The reception was bad.

This is a basic 2-star hotel, so nothing fancy, but still OK for all that.
THE GOOD
* Very convenient location next to Gare du Nord train station (Eurostar).
* Minimal staff but friendly enough.
* Rooms are smallish and basic, but clean, with nice hot showers. Firm beds. Aircon and TV (both working).
* Decent WiFi (free).
* Breakfast (in the next door New Hotel) is perfectly adequate.
* Will look after your cases (for free).
THE BAD
* The neighbourhood (like around most stations) is a little dubious after dark.
* The hotel's communal areas are tired and a bit grubby.
* No coffee making facilities in the room.
* Not great sound proofing between rooms.

Overall good value for money, as long as you don't expect luxury!
