Hôtel insalubre ! A fuir !
La chambre était pas nettoyer poussières cheveux partout tartre dans les toilettes, le matelas est moissie. Pas accessible pour une personne handicapée il faut pas être claustrophobe car les couloirs sont étroits.! L’ascenseur a mi étage pas top quand on a le vertige avec les escaliers c’est dangereux!! L’eau chaude qui met du temps à monter à l’étage !!! Cafard surprise de nuit mais faut bouger les meubles on voit vite qui a des crottes de cafard même la journée bien cacher par le personnel quand on leur dit il sont au courant et continue de louer une chambre à cafard !!!! Et le personnel la nuit fume de la bonne cigarette parfumé au herbes !! Bref établissement à fuir je vous joint les belle photo de mon séjour.

Hotel MUY MUY básico, que ofrece lo justo y necesario a un precio razonable para ser París.

La habitación olía muy mal por culpa del baño, no hay ventilación y las tuberías deben de estar en mal estado. Te dan 2 toallas por habitación (aunque seáis dos personas), una pequeña y una grande y ya te apañas para compartirlas y usarlas para todo. El jabón de manos no nos lo rellenaron en toda la estancia.

En cuanto al desayuno, en fin, un día no había café y era café soluble, otro día no había colacao y no había alternativa. Todos los días es pan y un croissant del súper. No ofrecen ni fruta, ni nada de proteína que le puedas añadir a la tostada, solo chocolate, mermelada de naranja y mantequilla.

Se oye todo lo de las habitaciones y el pasillo, no está nada bien aislado del ruido lo que hace desvelarte temprano y perder calidad de descanso.

Cosas positivas: buena ubicación para llegar rápido al centro con parada de metro cerca, personal amable y el wifi funciona bien.

hotel due stelle posto in zona strategica per muoversi con i mezzi. abbastanza vicino vi sono le seguenti stazioni: ‘Poissonière’ (linea metro 7), ‘gare de l’est’ (linea metro 4, 5 e 7 - treno RER E) e ‘gare du nord’ (linea metro 4 e 5 - linea treno B,D, K, H). stanze piccole ma ben riscaldate e con l’essenziale. personale cortese. poche prese di alimentazione in stanza ed il
phon per capelli non era presente. abbiamo dovuto richiederlo. le tovaglie del bagno non vengono cambiate ed ogni giorno viene rifatto solamete il letto. ottima la linea wifi messa a disposizione gratuitamente degli ospiti. zona abbastanza tranquilla con boulangerie, mercato e supermercato nelle vicinanze. se preso ad una buona cifra (personalmente 65€ a notte compresa tassa di soggiorno) è una validissima opportunità

Lo mejor de este Hotel es la ubicación y el precio ,está en pleno centro de paris,zona con la estación de tren Gare di nort a 5 minutos ,y varias bocas de metro ,precio realmente barato por 4 noches
Lo malo el olor a pis y tuberías en la habitación (compramos lejía con aroma para limpiar ) ,zona plagada de índigentes el recepcionista de la mañana un borde , no Volvería por qué si te organizas bien ,hay mejores opciones al mismo precio

Es un hotel básico. Es para dormir, pagar barato y estar bien ubicado.
Las camas súper cómodas y limpias. La habitación en general está limpia. Olía un poco mal el ambiente al entrar pero ni idea de dónde venía. Nada grave.
Baño limpio. El personal amable, nos daban agua caliente y nos dejaron guardar las valijas el día del check out.
Ninguna objeción. Todo perfecto por lo que se paga.

Abbiamo soggiornato all'hotel du Brabant dal 19 al 22 gennaio. Ho prenotato intorno a fine ottobre due camere triple (eravamo 4 adulti e 2 bambini) senza leggere nessuna recensione. Prima di partire invece ho sbirciato su diversi siti e non se ne parlava bene su nessuno.
Una volta arrivati all'hotel abbiamo trovato in reception un ragazzo che ci ha chiesto il nome dell'intestatario della stanza e senza chiedere documenti né registrazioni ci ha fatto pagare le due stanze. Una è stata pagata con il pos e ci è stata data una ricevuta..per quella pagata in contanti nulla nemmeno su richiesta, dicendo che era segnato a computer. Abbiamo potuto/dovuto lasciare il passeggino al piano terra in quanto per salire ai piani delle stanze (4 e 5) bisogna per forza prendere le scale fino al primo piano dove si trova l'ascensore che porta fino al 4 al massimo, e per andare al 5 si prosegue con le scale. Nell'ascensore ci dovrebbero stare 3 persone, ma ce ne stanno 2 al massimo (se superi i 90 kg per la tua sicurezza, fidati, sali da solo). Arrivati in stanza troviamo temperatura bella calda, letti ben fatti asciugamani puliti. Il bagno era delle dimensioni dell'ascensore, ossia puoi "comodamente" fare pipi e nel frattempo lavare i denti visto che devi per forza appoggiarti al lavandino essendo attaccato al wc. Doccia classica con tenda con bagnoschima in dispencer a muro . Porta del bagno a soffietto senza chiusura, ma d'altronde sarebbe comunque stato inutile chiudersi dentro perché tra la porta e lo stipite in alto ci passano 20 cm buoni. Addio privacy. Bagno finestrato, ma finestra senza maniglia. Nell'altra stanza invece: bagno di dimensioni e forma leggermente più comode, porta seria. Camera vecchia, caldissima e che puzzava di umidità tanto da dover lasciare aperta la finestra per migliorare il tutto. Scale che portano ai piani totalmente dislivellate. Il signore che faceva il turno di notte in reception è sempre stato super gentile e simpatico. Lingue parlate dallo staff francese e inglese. Pochi minuti a piedi per la metro Poisonniere, 1minuto da Gare de l'est e dalle fermate dei pullman. 10 minuti a piedi dal Sacre Coeur. Prezzo basso rispetto ad altri hotel. Staff gentile anche se al check out non mi hanno rilasciato nemmeno un foglietto. La zona anche se ho letto non essere una delle migliori per sicurezza, non ci ha dato nessun problema. Mi sono sentita al sicuro anche di sera coi bambini. A inizio via c'è un supermercato.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, cerca de dos estaciones de metro, con supermercados muy cerca.

Se encuentra en un barrio muy activo, lleno de cafés y con mucha oferta gastronómica para todos los presupuestos. Pero está en una calle muy tranquila en la que no hay tanto ruido de noche.

En general está limpio, limpian muy bien las habitaciones todos los días. Aunque sea invierno no se pasa nada de frío. Volvería a quedarme aquí sin pensarlo.

Hotel miteux...

This would be one of the worst places I ever stayed at. First they give you a written quote, then when you come to stay, they charge you more with no hope of paying what you were quoted as it is covered by bank security. I have tried, but they ignore my requests. Second, the room is crap, the light near the bed has a mind of its own, it goes on and off as it pleases. The bathroom has a broken towel rack, no plug in the basin, no floor mat when you get out of the shower, the shower head sits on the taps as the bracket to hold it is broken, no face washer available. The lift is halfway between 2 floors, you have to climb up from the ground floor to get to it. To get to your room, you either climb half a floor, or walk down half a floor. WEIRD. Breakfast is cheap, and I mean cheap. 5.50 euros per person, the choice of jam is orange marmalade or orange marmalade. There was honey, just enough for one slice of bread, had to wait for somebody to go to the shop to get more. Coffee was OK as long as you like it black, there was some floaty in the milk. I don't think a hot breakfast was available, i did not inquire. If there was something good in this place, I don't know what it is, I never found it. By the way I still have no reply or refund for the extra charge as of today.
Paris is the most beautiful place in the world, host of the 2024 Olympics, I really feel for the people who will stay in this place not knowing what they will be up against. I do hope after reading this that you will give this place a MISS. I have posted my findings of this place to the "Paris Office of Tourism"

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel velocemente, senza informarci troppo prima.
Successivamente abbiamo letto le recensioni, molto negative, spaventandoci e invece...

*CAMERA D'HOTEL*
Abbiamo avuto modo di ricrederci, scoprendo una camera d'hotel piccola ma molto semplice e calda (riscaldamento molto alto, piumone e coperte adeguate) e funzionale (con porta giubbini, piccola scrivania, cassetti).
Le lenzuola e l'ambiente ci sono sembrati sufficientemente puliti (salvo due leggere macchie) ma in caso si consiglia di portarsi un bello spray igienizzante e passa la paura!

*STRUTTURA*
La struttura è evidentemente datata, ci sono evidenti difetti (soffitti ridipinti, battiscopa rotti, pavimenti non perfetti, angoli rovinati) ma per trascorrere una notte ad un prezzo economico possono essere dettagli non troppo rilevanti a mio parere!

*ZONA*
l'hotel è situato a GARE DE L'EST, comodo sia per raggiungere il centro di Parigi (in una ventina di minuti e con 1 cambio di metro) sia per raggiungere il parco di Disneyland Paris: abbiamo preso la metro 4 con fermata a Les Halles e da lì il treno (RER) A: in totale un'oretta eravamo al parco con largo anticipo rispetto all'ingresso!
La zona è tipicamente zona da stazione: bisogna stare un po' attenti ma è comunque molto frequentata e viva! (Con bambini NON consiglio di frequentarla la sera, durante il giorno tranquillissima).

*PERSONALE*
gentilissimo! Molto disponibile e attento, con noi hanno parlato in inglese sempre chiaramente.

In conclusione, è un hotel semplice e molto economico adatto per brevi permanenze (perfetto per 1/2 notti come appoggio giusto per dormire!)

L'hôtel a deux étoile la plus frauduleuse que j'aurais vu ! il y a tellement de points négatif je ne sais même pas commencer la lequel , tout d'abord un petit positif, c'est assez bien placé (pour le prix c'est le minimum) maintenant plaçons au points négatifs! Une fois arrivé dans la chambre je me rend compte que les toilettes sont dans la chambre et séparé par un rideau (on était trois adultes) on a dû mettre le son de la télé a fond pour chaque passage au petit coin vu le manque de séparation (bruit et odeurs imaginez) il y avais certes des WC séparé dans le couloir mais la chasse ne marchez pas :) hahaha...nous sommes restés une semaine et pas un brin de ménage n'a été fait en nos absences (dehors tout les jours toute la journée donc un temps assez large pour un petit ménage nous sommes restés 1 semaine avec la même tâche de sauce soja LOL) Les lits les plus inconfortables du monde tellement peu large (les lits 1 places) que j'ai faillit tomber des dizaines de fois la première nuit on a du se résigner a coller tout les lits pour créer un seul grand lit et éviter de tomber. C'est a peu près tout heureusement que ça n'a pas gâché mon séjour a Paris. :/

This is not a hotel, that is a hell. If you want to know how the hell is, that is right location. The staff, rooms...etc. are horrible. The dirty are their principle. Meanwhile, if you have family the hotel and its street is not trustable.

Wir haben über Booking sehr früh gebucht und dem entsprechend einen Spitzenpreis bekommen. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort.
Ein kleines Hotel eher schlicht gehalten. Sehr gemütlich. Sehr nettes Personal welches 24 Stunden verfügbar war. Das Frühstück typisch Parisisch und völlig ausreichend.
Das Hotel ist schon was älter und hat ein paar Gebrauchsspuren. Dennoch war alles sauber.
Das Zimmergröße war ausreichend zum Übernachten für 2 Personen.

Die Lage ist super 3min. Bis zur Metro oder dem Gare du Nord. Genug Supermärkte, Cafe's und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Ich war mit meiner 18 Jährigen Tochter dort und haben uns selbst um 2 Uhr Nachts dort in der Umgebung sicher gefühlt.

Fazit: Das perfekte Hotel für Städtereiser ala Low Budget dennen ein bequemes Bett, ein gutes Frühstück, gute Lage und ein freundliches Personal wichtig ist.

Standort nah am Bahnhof.
Frühstück macht traurig. Nur ein Croissant pro Person.
Zimmer eng und riecht unangenehm.
Bad stinkt extrem nach Abfluss.
Zuerst hatten wir nur dreckige Handtücher auf dem Boden liegen, haben dann aber frische bei der Rezeption bekommen.
Meine Freundin musste sich wegen dem Gestank beim Duschen zweimal übergeben.
WLAN im Zimmer nicht vorhanden.
Man hört jede Metro vorbeifahren (selbst im fünften Stock).
Es ist problemlos möglich Gesprächen im Nachbarzimmer zu folgen.
Matratze ganz in Ordnung.
Engster Aufzug der Welt.

Die Zimmer waren extrem dreckig und eng. Alles war heruntergekommen. Das Geschirr beim Frühstück war zum Teil schmutzig.
Der Besitzer des Parkhauses mit dem das Hotel eine Kooperation hat, war beleidigt, weil ich gefragt hatte, ob das dass Hotelparkhaus sei und hat mir das Parken verweigert. Somit stand mein Auto zwei Tage mitten in Paris am Straßenrand. Dort aber immerhin dann kostenlos.

Es un hotel de 2 estrellas muy básico pero a muy bien precio...si lo que buscas es solo para dormir es ideal...en la esquina tienes las bicicletas de velib

El súper pequeño no enchufe de luz

This is the perfect hotel if you need somewhere cheap to put your head down. If you are looking for a traditional hotel experience this is not for you.
Stayed here two weekends during the Rugby World Cup. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Staff very nice, especially when they seen us back for a second weekend.
Ideal location a short walk from Gare du Nord métro which will get you going in any direction from there.
