드로잉호텔을 23년 12월 주니어스위트룸 5박을 하였다.
전체적으로 후기를 써본다.
친절도 : 매우 친절
인종차별느낌 : 1도 없음
체크인아웃 : 매우 빠름. (체크인시 도시세를 추가 지불해야함)
호텔시설 : 매우 깔끔하고 예술적인 느낌. 지하에 갤러리가있음.
편안함 아늑함 : 매우 아늑하고 안정감이 드는 호텔.
객실
주니어 스위트로 5층에 위치하며 전형적 유럽식 룸 구조였고
매우 분위기가 좋고 깔끔하며 바닥이 카펫이 아니라 좋았다.
룸에 들어가니 환영 카드와 마카롱등의 간식이 선물로 놓여있었다.
배딩도 깨끗했고, 창문도 유럽식 대각선 창호였는데 열어놓고 밤하늘을 보면 낭만적이었다.
다만, 욕실 수압이 매우 약하고
특히 온수 온도가 약간 불규칙하였고
욕실 어메니티가 성급에 비해 빈약함을 느낄 수 있었다.
일부 어메니티가 청소되지 않은 부분도 발견하였으나 그냥 넘어감.
변기는 화장실과 분리된 공간에 건식으로 구성되어
본인은 편리하였으나 호불호가 갈릴 수 있겠다.
위치
도보 5분거리에 루브르 박물관과 인근 관광지.
도보 약 10분~15분거리에 퐁네프 다리 등 대부분의 관광지가 위치
위치가 매우좋고
호텔주변에 일식, 중식, 한식, 카페, 편의점 등이 널려있으며
여행을 즐기기 매우 편리하였다.
총평
고민된다면 무조건 고고. 특히 주니어스위트룸 추천.
본인은 같은 기간 풀만 투르 에펠의 에펠뷰 룸도 투숙했는데
전체적 숙박 경험은 드로잉 호텔이 몇 배 더 만족이었다.
Closer to the time, a very tragic medical situation unexpectedly struck my family. My entire family was in turmoil. As such, I had to cut short my stay to 1 night.
I worked late in the night to write a long e-mail to the hotel to explain my situation, even taking the trouble to write in French. I asked for compassionate consideration to cancel 2 nights' stay and to provide me with a partial refund.
The hotel completely ignored me for days. After I sent a follow-up e-mail, the hotel replied with a brief and brusque e-mail which simply stated that because I booked a non-refundable rate, no refund would be given. There was no real concern or sympathy for my circumstances or the trouble I had taken to explain them in detail. All I got from the hotel was a simple bare retort that their policy did not allow for refunds.
Stay away at all costs. I would never want to seek hospitality in a place which exalts and prizes their almighty Policy over basic human compassion.
