Address in Paris focusing on seafood at the entrance with very high but justified prices.

This is one of the capital's most chic venues. Set in the sublime Palais de Chaillot, with its postcard-perfect view of the Eiffel Tower, the restaurant's marble bar has been completely redesigned, with an emphasis on the Art Deco spirit, in line with the monument. The kitchen is set in motion by some of the world's greatest names, creating a fabulous gastronomic festival. The emphasis is on seafood (which you'll see on the counter at the entrance), incredibly sublimated. Reservations essential.
