This elegant restaurant continues its Michelin-starred career (1 star) under the leadership of the duo Frédéric Lorimier (in the kitchen) and Camille Gouyer (in the dining room). In a colorful vintage decor, you'll enjoy a rather sophisticated, but certainly inventive cuisine. Naturally, the products used are seasonal, and the cooking perfectly mastered, as we found out this lunchtime with a scintillating roast veal fillet accompanied by breast confit and an anchovy sabayon. A stunning lunch! Virtus is well worth a visit.

Mon seul reproche concerne l'arnaque du vin au verre.
Normalement, lorsque vous achetez du vin au verre, vous en prenez suffisamment pour que la maison obtienne 5 ou 6 verres par bouteille. Ici, ils versent des quantités ridicules de vin pour obtenir 10 ou 12 verres par bouteille. Si vous y allez seul, mieux vaut dépenser pour une bouteille et boire à satiété
