Restaurant in a unique setting offering a refined cuisine.
Pay attention, chic place! Living, it is the unique place of a huge and magnificent bird house already more than a hundred years old and covered with Gillardoni earthenware. Gourmets have booked in advance can enjoy an outstanding cuisine. On the menu: a refined cuisine that showcases products and makes the senses travel. Latin America, Japan, Europe, the pucks travel brilliantly. Over the seasons, the chef creates a cuisine that drives gourmets crazy, but risks leaving the most big eaters hungry. Those who have not been able to book or who want to enjoy the incredible selection of Vivant wines in a more relaxed setting: the "Deviant" bar, located just a stone's throw away, which is also worth a visit.
We sat at the counter, which was a great choice.
Started with the mushroom toast, then the langue de veau (veal brain - don’t get threatened by the name). For main, the Saint-Pierre (fish) was so well cooked, very tender and thick fillet, cooked at low temperature - I wish there was more Jerusalem artichoke, it was really something!
For dessert, the parsley ice cream is quite interesting. Some might like it, some don’t. The pavlova is good, with a bitterness from the orange.
The service is very kind and knowledgeable about the menu.
They also have a great selection of wine. We got one from 1985 at a reasonable price.
