Brasserie near the station offers a traditional menu
A beautiful establishment, recently relooked, that this café of the East. Near the train station, it welcomes travelers - and others - all day long. The menu, traditional, stands out with three sauerkrauts: Lorraine, of the sea or with champagne! For the rest, it's more classic: onion soup and foie gras terrine (both homemade), caesar salad, entrecote or Aubrac beef cheeseburger, pan-fried sea bass filet, salmon penne. For dessert, Roquefort or PDO cheese followed by a homemade crème brûlée or a gourmet coffee.

A visit to Le Café de l’Est is a must when we are in Paris. We appreciate this place so much, for its hospitality, for the great food, for its utterly unique waiters! Having worked in the service industry we appreciate their warmth, their smiles, their little jokes and their love for the work because that is what we noticed immediately.
They also have the best strong mustard to join your must have Choucroute.

Service très lent mais pas la note et peu agréable la note arrive avant le café par exemple profite de l'emplacement

L'ambiance était bonne, l'endroit très agréable. La soupe à l'oignon était très délicieuse et la crème brûlée était incroyable.
Nous avons également commandé un carpaccio avec un pesto maison très savoureux et un burger de qualité. Le tout servi avec des frites maison.
Nous serons de retour!
