Restaurant offering à la carte services adopts traditional French dishes with a very successful bistro atmosphere.
It's not the best-known establishment, but Bouillon Chartier is also to be found in the Gare de l'Est area. The same menu of traditional French dishes that we love, including egg mayonnaise, terrine and snails for starters, beef bourguignon, sauerkraut, quenelle and calf's head for the main course, and the famous profiteroles for dessert, unless you opt for the dame blanche. Bouillon Chartier as we like it.

Experience client très agréable dès l'entrée dans l'établissement. Les plats étaient copieux et bons. Le tout, sublimé par la grande sympathie de Stéphane, qui m'a réconciliée avec l'enseigne Bouillon Chartier ☺
