Nico manages the coffee game and offers excellent grains of the brand new Belleville Burn. While the waiter gets rid of the still smoking coffee cups of our neighbors, Sarah applies behind the stoves to compose gourmet dishes for breakfast and lunch, à la carte, with bacon, sausage, salads, and the egg. Service was outstanding. Everyone in the staff was super nice. Food was great as well. Their new Orleans iced coffee is delicious!

I’ve been to Holybelly a few times and it’s a nice place to spend some time. The wait staff are really lovely and the food is tasty, though in my experience, the portion size of the sides when you get “eggs and sides” varies a lot!
