Gastronomic place in Paris preparing a very inventive menu of beets, grilled pig, and desserts.

Adrien Ferrand, a young star of the kitchen, is at the helm of this very attractive restaurant. First of all, eels means eel in English, and eel is the fish of choice for the chef, who cut his teeth at William Ledeuil (Ze Kitchen Galerie and Kitchen Galerie Bis). Chefs menu was fantastisch en erg uitgebreid. Prachtige wijnen als begeleiding waarover enthousiast verteld werd. Er werd heel goed rekening gehouden met dieetwensen, waarvoor nogmaals dank. Heel goed eten in een laid back sfeer en daardoor meer toegankelijk gemaakt.

Eels was a great experience with great food. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and gave great insight into the dishes. We had the 5 course chef's tasting menu, and they went above and beyond to make alternate dishes accommodating a dietary restriction without hindering the dishes. I highly recommend eating here when in town! Oh, and make sure you get the eel.
