Come on, because we're hungry? Obviously! But it is mainly for the rich proposal of artisanal beers that we go to the Triangle. This microbrewery breeds the mosses itself and with a brewer on the team we see the difference immediately. In the 8 varieties that change very regularly. If you are a little curious you can even discover the drums of the place, made by one of the maintainers. As for the kitchen, you won't be disappointed either. The lunch card changes over the course of the seasons and the arrival. The result? Fresh and colorful cuisine. On that day, we threw on the roast duck ravioli with soy sauce and home white Mont.
