With its subdued ambience and chequered floor tiles, Sol Semilia is no ordinary restaurant. The dishes are 100% organic and sprinkled with superfoods, which are reputed to be nothing but positive for body and mind, and that's what makes Sol Semilla's cuisine so special. You'll discover new flavors, all the while filling up on energy: superbowls, desserts, drinks with unfamiliar flavors... It's good, and the place's owner, Joelma, makes sure of it. excellente experience, beaucoup d'originalité réussie dans les melanges d'aliments végé et notamment avec cacao cru, tournesol qui donne des bonnes consistances. Tres gouteux. dessert magnifique avec un mélange de 14 ingrédients, noisette torréfiée, dattes .... Service adorable et ambiance comme a la maison.

Cuisine végétale délicieuse! C’est plein de saveurs. Les assiettes changent régulièrement avec des produits de saison. J’ai adoré la composition de l’assiette du jour avec un riz noir au lait de coco et un assortiment de légumes trop bien assaisonné.
J’ai moins été conquise par l’assiette de dessert mais le délice au cacao était très bon. J’aurais du le prendre en grand format
