Foreign gastronomy is not limited to burgers, pizzas and other sushi, Empanaderia is living Proof. This time, South America is in honour. This beautiful project comes from the fabulous idea of Sabrina Goldin and Stéphane Abby who, three years ago, developed a truck in the colours of Argentina. Now the kitchen is present in a permanent address, right in the heart of the 10 th arrondissement bouillonnant. On the menu, chefs are in front of your eyes delicious empanadas (minced meat and peppers, yellow chicken and tomato sauce, ham and mozzarella, or sweet ricotta and ricotta potatoes), a well-stocked ensalada with red cabbage and purple carrot, and a delicious crumble to apples. A nice change!
