Another burgers restaurant? ! Yes, but this one should delight you. Designed for burgerophiles, this colorful establishment of rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin is far from presenting the burger as junk food. Here, the famous sandwich is presented as an invitation to travel. Guests can choose between "Douce France", "Orient Express", "Asian Treck", and other delights with remote names. Between the two breads, often flavoured with the country taste, you can find delicious ingredients prepared on site: chicken breaded and marinated with coconut milk, mango or figs chutney, lamb shoulder with cinnamon and coriander, avocado with chipotle, hummus, OBU quinoa pancake... It is fresh, homemade and refined. Finally, with its extensive menu, its homemade french fries and its local beers, OBU is becoming the burger spot of the 10th arrondissement.
