To celebrate its 90 years of existence, the Grand Rex has been thoroughly renovated. One of the objectives entrusted to the architects Grichka Martinetti and Stéphane Thomasson was to restore the building to its former splendor, which was built between the wars in 1932! Thus, its facade has been restored to its original color, as well as the large original canopy in bolted sheet metal. On the roof, we find the big sign, the only rotating sign in Paris. LED lighting has also been installed to highlight its formidable Art Deco architecture. The interior has also undergone a refreshment, like the great hall, with marble on the floor. Finally, a new laser projector offers a very high quality experience to the audience. The reopening of the Grand Rex marks the launch of a year of festivities.
