Opened very early, the bakery already offers this advantage. However, bread is not always excellent, the stick, for example, is not the most successful. Efforts on presentation are a matter of course, but pastries, which appear to be prepared with the aim of favouring the quality of raw materials, still lack the generous or talented touch of good taste. Resuming family business is not always easy, it is a challenge here, and despite the natural unleavened that should fill the client, the price does not justify the general benefit.
