The true lamb and prune stew, simmered with soft and étouffée fire and steam served in the terracotta dish, is prepared in the Moroccan culinary Art Rules. Mogador couscous (chicken, kefta and merguez) is available with green tea. In dessert, we loved the ice with a fig. Cooking courses vary according to the seasons.
