A clientele of regulars, an atmosphere in its own right: here you have the impression of entering an Aubrac farm, straw, bells, ox collar, a lounge in the back and a system of boxes. Specialities from the Aveyron region: truffade, tripoux, farçous, an all-you-can-eat basket of charcuterie - from Guy Cance and Laborie -, Salers meat... To complete the picture, the chef has been trained in fine restaurants, in short, everything is gathered to make the amateurs of quality products spend a good moment in an authentic atmosphere.

Cuisine généreuse et savoureuse. On est vraiment dans l'Aveyron.
Seul bémol, on était dans la salle à l'arrière du restaurant qui était vraiment très bruyante !
