J'ai pris un cours de découverte samedi et vraiment c'est TOP !
Nous sommes 7/8 élèves ce qui permet d'être bien accompagnés par la prof qui était super. Bravo !

I had a great experience here! The staff member that helped me didn't speak much English but we managed to communicate. He was incredibly helpful.

Regardless if you only plan on using the auto belay, you are required to pass a belay test.

Having learnt to climb in Canada, I tie in slightly differently than in France. After the belay test, the staff member advised me to tweak a small thing.

This is the second Arkose gym I've climbed at and again, I'm incredibly impressed with their service. If you are an anglo climber in the area, I would recommend dropping by!

Super salle d’escalade pour s’initier ou s’entraîner.
Le lieu est atypique, spacieux, plusieurs salles pour plusieurs pratiques.
Le personnel est très pro et sympathique.
Nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois avec enfants.
Formation très intéressante et notamment pour être autonome et assurer les petits.

Thank you for the humiliating experience. I showed up with my two daughters this morning (one of them has even climbed lower Yosemite Falls with a guide last summer) and wanted to simply climb with them for a while. As I’d learned to belay a different way than is “accepted in France” (and I’ve been lucky enough to climb some gnarly walls in my youth in Ohio, West Virginia, Colorado, and California) they “judged” me unfit to belay them. Rather than offering a very simple solution, which would have been to quickly teach me the “official, new, French way” of belaying (which quite literally would have taken 5 minutes), they informed me that I could not belay my daughters and thus we could not climb as we wished (on belay). Sure, we could have stayed and bouldered or used the self-belay systems, but after being completely humiliated in front of my girls, who would want to spend their hard-earned Euros in an establishment that just made you look like a fool in front of your kids? So, thank you again for your wonderful reception and willingness to help us have a nice family experience Arkos Issy-les-Moulineaux. ???? Super classy.

Super salle d'escalade à Issy. On aurait aimé plus d'arche car parfois il y a bcp de monde. Mais il y a toujours une bonne ambiance et le personnel est top.
Par contre, il serait bien de prévoir des tarifs d'essai : parfois nous faisons découvrir l'escalade à des personnes et les tarifs sont un peu élevés pour une famille qui vient en découverte

4 salles de voie avec plus de 8 voies par salle et certaines en enrouleur automatique. Moins de monde que dans les salles de bloc d'arkose. Personnel gentil et accueillant.
