Every day, behind the white and black storyteller, the Au 31 chef offers a slate prepared at the market with simplicity, but always as careful and tasty. To see the joy, look at the slate, it is full of delights. In the evening, the map becomes more complex with more elaborate dishes: Avocado avocado, velocity of mushrooms, ravioli with foie gras, spices to spices… nothing innovative but the kitchen makes a free-of-charge and the products are fresh. Indeed, everything here is prepared to order. Unfortunately quality has its price, a price that makes sense with the first bite.
