A ce jour au téléphone à l'accueil a l'instant une personne très désagréable. Je suis choquée de voir autant d'agressivité pour un simple renseignement néanmoins je peux comprendre son débordement humainement parlant, professionnellement c'est inadmissible. Fort dommage,je préfère le prendre avec une note de positivité la raison pour laquelle cette remarque constructive doit se faire afin que çela je l'espère ne se reproduise plus.
C'etais un simple et unique renseignement.
J'étais sur haut-parleur avec ma famille nous étions estomaqués.
