Opened in December 2018 in Asnières, this brand has been increasingly successful, and people are reluctant to leave it because they fear that the address may become too popular. Les Jardins du Saumonier is the story of a 100% French production, and which can be summed up in one word: know-how. It is in fact in the Cherbourg harbour, in the open sea, that these salmon are raised. The place, subjected to strong currents, forces them to swim constantly, and to develop healthily in this way. The result is a low-fat, high-protein salmon with an incredible flavour. In the Flachat market hall, the stall offers these marvels, which can also be smoked. Finally, note that the sign has an aquaponic farm - developing the cultivation of plants in addition to the breeding ponds. Deserved success!
