Grain de vie is a home catering service for small and big occasions, created by two personalities. Jean-Louis Grimaldi, a pastry chef by training, likes puff pastries, canapés and surprise breads. On the savoury side, this organic caterer, in effective tandem with Eric Caumon, loves - and so do we - cakes with poppy seeds and carrots, garnished with pepper and onion or tuna, tomato and onion, or with goat cheese and hazelnut, or with spices (turmeric, coriander, cumin) or fresh herbs (basil, coriander, parsley, thyme).
