Thai cuisine is on the way to becoming one of the most important of the international gastronomy… and it is recognized that this can be done. His strengths? The flavours, which are more rare among its neighbours, include mint, citronella or red basil. In the heart of Montmartel, recently opened, Chez Lin introduces you with know-how. It is appreciated by entering its salad salad mango, fresh pineapple and shrimps or its soups tom yam kunk. On the flat, we are tempted by a homok of salmon in coconut milk, a red curry duck and coconut milk or green pepper shrimp, of course Thai.
