MAISON GLOECKLER-BRENNER
Exceptional wines and organic walnut oil at the foot of Mont Sainte-Odile: rare expertise handed down since the 18th century.
Since the 18th century, passion has run through the veins of the Gloeckler-Brenner family, winegrowers from father to son at the foot of Mont Sainte-Odile. The estate covers 7.5 hectares, including the Hoell and Clos des Prunelles plots, ideal for the expression of Alsatian grape varieties. In addition to its finely-crafted crémants, the estate produces a rarity: Muscat sur fil. Alongside the vines, a local walnut oil is also produced from untreated trees, pressed with stainless steel and granite tools, matured for a month, and accompanied by walnut flour.
