Eric and Caroline Schwoob are breeders. Their objective? to provide exceptional beef. A quality meat, which tastes good, is tender and marbled.... favouring local distribution, they offer farm sales. To be supplied at home, simply send them your contact details: they will send you an email to indicate the dates of availability of the packages (different volumes). You place an order and go to the farm to get your reservation. In other words, the production is fresh. It is also an opportunity to discuss with breeders, to better understand their profession and their breeding methods. The children will be delighted to visit the farm!
