Personnel très sympa, chambre très propre, lit super et douche excellente.

Il manquait du gel douche et du shampoing mais la femme de chambre a résolu le problème tout de suite en s'excusant

Hotel vergognoso c'hanno ci hanno ritirato la cauzione a tutti 50 persone su 50 cauzioni tutte ritirate si sono fatti 1000 EUR solo così solo avendo aperto una porta è uno schifo se andate pagate automaticamente 20 euro jn più di quanto si dovrebbe pagare ve lo giuro nn alimentati sti ladri

unfriendly reception, we couldnt go outside the room, not even for going in the hall.|it was like a prison, they did not give the caution to alot of us, even if we didnt do anything.|there were some guys, that smoked cannabis.|i heard that some of them had to go to the hospital. |a girl from the reception (that had the keys)|entered my room without knocking.|horrible experience, that was my first time in France. never coming again.

I was in this hotel for a class trip but my experience was horrible. As soon as I entered the room I opened the bed and found dirt, but when I reported it to the reception they did not intervene. The carpet and towels were stained. The staff entered the rooms without knocking to check if everything was ok. The teachers were on surveillance all night because of the presence of individuals who knocked and disturbed us (the same ones who smoked cannabis, sending 2 people to the hospital).
